I usually half the recipe because this makes A LOT of cookies. But you could always freeze some of the dough and bake it later.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 large eggs
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups (2 regular sized bags) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs in large bowl
3. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt
4. Stir in chocolate chips
5. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 9-11 mins. (It only takes about 8 mins in my oven because it cooks hot).
Ok, now I want cookies.

You know what else is really good in cookies... molasses. Just a little bit. Maybe a Tablespoon. And then reduce the sugar by a little. YUMMY!
